WHICH COUNTRIES OR REGIONS DOES SQUAD MENTALITY SHIP TO?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK THE PACKAGE?

Once your purchase has been completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address. Your order will be processed within 7 days, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. You may then check the tracking number.

Reminder: Please note that the shipment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

 

ORDERS 

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or modify the order. Hence, please ensure that all details are correct before placing an order. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

WHAT IS SQUAD MENTALITY RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?

We do not accept returns or refunds unless you have received a wrong or defective good. In such cases, please apply for return or exchange of the order within 7 days from the day after the receipt of the order with clear pictures proof. The returned goods must meet our after-sales inspection standard. Shipping cost and duties arising from return of goods induced by non-quality problems shall be paid by the buyer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND OR EXCHANGED GOODS?

Once the returned has been received, we will handle the order within 7 working days, and we will inform you of the new shipment progress via email. Thank you for your understanding.
